You are never too old to realise your dreams.

One of my dreams was to spend time in France. Since a young age I have been fascinated with french style and the french way of life.

As you may be aware if you are a regular follower of my blog Chicatanyage we bought an apartment in the South of France, twenty minutes from St. Tropez, about nine years ago. We spend about three months of the year down there.

One of the aspects I love about that area are the french markets. Not only do they have a number of stalls selling fresh produce including cheeses, local breads and vegetables but also many stalls offering scarves and jewellery. I have always had a passion for scarves. I tend to keep my outfits simple and add a stylish scarf in a flattering colour to personalise my look.

Over the years many of my readers have commented on how they like the scarves that I wear and feature on the blog.

This leads me to my second dream.

I have always wanted to own a shop but somehow the time has never seemed right.
Now with the advent of the internet and the trend towards online shopping this dream can become a reality.
